How do I check in?

Self check-in with a secure lockbox next to the apartment door. You'll receive detailed instructions, the code and Wi-Fi details in your guest portal once payment and guest registration are complete — typically well before your arrival day.

Why do you need my ID?

Guest registration is a legal requirement for short stays in Tunisia. Your documents are uploaded through our secure portal, stored encrypted, and deleted after your stay.

Is parking really included?

Yes — private spot #004 on level −3 of the residence, included in every booking.

Is the apartment suitable for families?

Absolutely — children of all ages are welcome, and a baby cot (ages 0–3) is available free of charge. Just mention it when you book.

Are pets allowed?

No — to keep the apartment fresh for every guest (and allergy-friendly), pets are not allowed.

How far is the airport?

Tunis–Carthage is about 15 minutes by car (8 km). A paid airport shuttle is available on request.

Can I use the pool, gym and sauna?

Galaxy Residence offers a large pool, sauna/spa, gym, game room and library. These shared facilities are managed by the residence, so availability and access rules can change — message us before your stay and we'll gladly check the latest situation for you.

What about the jacuzzi?

Private, in the apartment, cleaned before every stay. Instructions are in the welcome guide.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Often yes — you can add it during booking when the calendar allows, or message us and we'll do our best.

Is the neighbourhood safe?

Menzah 9 is a quiet, upscale residential district; the residence has 24/7 security at the entrance.
